Had a client contact us this am, to say she’d written to you about the incredible deal happening in Colorado next ski season, only for you to tell her, can’t be that cheap.

You should be aware of Vail resorts trying to take over the ski world & how other nearby resorts are responding to Vail.

Yes you can’t get USD$20/day lift passes in Colorado, through any Australian wholesaler, although apparently some don’t want to, as they can’t see any margin in it.

To get to USD$20/day deal, you must book 13 consecutive nights or more in season 2016-17 at Copper Mt Colorado.

With each adult lift pass purchased, up to 4 kids under 13 years are totally FREE & you get lift line priority on all 4 & 6 person chairlifts & you get access to the village quad chairs, 15 mins before the public in the am-great for those fresh snow days.

If you only book 10 nights, the price goes up to USD$22.50/day with all the freebies. If you only book 5-9 nights, the price goes up to a maximum of USD$50 (USD$350 for 7 out of 10 days lifts).

The accommodation prices are also cheap. For example, a 4 star ski in ski out hotel room, with 2 queen beds, is only USD$146/night(AUD$191) over period 2 January to 4 March 2017 (excluding 17-19 Feb). That’s less than AUD$48/person/night if 4 sharing.

Larger condos are not much more, per person, per night.

Copper Mt is right up there with the best resorts & in many ways better than the Aspens, Vail, Whistlers of this world.

(Copper was until about 4 years ago, run by Intrawest who run Whistler & they were trying to turn it into another Whistler, which is why is sometimes referred to as little Whistler)

Think maybe we should send you a complete list of the lift prices & also the accom prices for season 2016-17.

We’ll need an email list for that.
