My husband and I are wanting to go to Morocco
Would you recommend doing a tour or going as we usually do, going independently. We are hoping to do this as part of a 3 month trip through Spain, Portugal, France and other parts of Europe next year.
Morocco is not an easy country to get around in. If you want to do it yourself you’ll probably spend a lot of time finding hotels, working out an itinerary and organising transport, and it’s easy to make mistakes and miss some of the highlights. English will get you through in the main tourist areas but French is more useful in more remote regions. You’ll most likely need to take guided tours in the cities and that’s not easy to do from a distance. Why not leave all that to someone else?
I’m heading for Morocco today on a recce to work out the final details of hotels and activities to include in the small-group tour I’ll be taking to the country in April 2019. I’ll be posting videos, notes and images as I go on my Facebook group page – if you’d like to join and see it all unfold here’s the link:
